Art historian Simone Guirandou-N'Diaye founded Arts Pluriels in 1991, one of the country's first galleries; in 2015 she and her daughter Gazelle opened this new space. The name combines Gazelle's parents' names, Louis and Simone.
Two generations, mother and daughter, span thirty years of Abidjan's gallery scene, from traditional art to emerging contemporary artists.
